USHER has pulled the plug on the Australian leg of his Past Present Future tour just months before he was set to hit the stage in Melbourne and Sydney, marking what would have been his first live shows in the country in nearly 14 years.

No explanation has been provided for the abrupt cancellation. However, Live Nation confirmed that all ticket purchases will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
Customers have been advised to allow up to 30 days for refunds to be reflected in their accounts.
The Grammy-winning singer first revealed the Australian dates in March, teasing his return with the phrase “the A to the AUS” in a post on X.com.

Tickets went on sale in May and demand was so intense that four extra shows were added to the original schedule. The Past Present Future tour launched in August 2024 and has already made stops across the United States and Europe.
The tour has featured a rotating cast of high-profile guests, including Stevie Wonder, Boyz II Men, Naomi Campbell, Estelle, Craig David and LL COOL J.
USHER’s last performance in Australia was in 2010. His return had been highly anticipated, especially after his recent Super Bowl halftime show and Las Vegas residency reignited global interest in his live performances.
As of now, no rescheduled dates or alternate plans for Australia have been announced.
